The focus of this role is supporting the Active Directory to Okta transition. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all data has transitioned accurately, performing system tests, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage downstream applications into Office 365
• Modify and optimize workflows for efficiency
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting across all systems
• Eliminate data duplication and ensure data integrity

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail is crucial
• Hands-on experience with Okta and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Office 365 integration and applications
• Experience in Testing and Quality Assurance is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
