The Role

• First Line Technical Support Associate
• Working on-site with key financial clients, providing support and troubleshooting for internal employees
• Following escalation process, where necessary
• Deescalating customer frustrations and managing queries in a timely manner
• Communicating across multiple lines of business
• Completion of career-changing training
• Potential progression into other areas of the business, depending on your preference, such as management, infrastructure or cyber security

The Person

• Strong communication skills and customer service experience
• Tech support experience in Windows infrastructure/Azure/AD/O365
• Competitive and Resilient character
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, empathise and be assertive and resilient
• If you have relevant professional experience, IT Bootcamp certifications will be considered in lieu of IT degree
• Strong Tech acumen on Microsoft systems
• Desire to complete training, upskill and progress your IT career
