This company provides IT infrastructure to Capital Markets firms in over 20 countries and is itself a successful global organisation, which due to its success, is now seeking to grow its Technical Support team.

The Role
- First Line Technical Support Associate
- Working on-site with key financial clients, providing support and troubleshooting for internal employees
- Following escalation process, where necessary
- Deescalating customer frustrations and managing queries in a timely manner
- Communicating across multiple lines of business
- Completion of career-changing training
- Potential progression into other areas of the business, depending on your preference, such as management, infrastructure or cyber security
The Person
Strong communication skills and customer service experience
Tech support experience in Windows infrastructure/Azure/AD/O365
Competitive and Resilient character
Ability to remain calm under pressure, empathise and be assertive and resilient
If you have relevant professional experience, IT Bootcamp certifications will be considered in lieu of IT degree
Strong Tech acumen on Microsoft systems
Desire to complete training, upskill and progress your IT career
