Ryan leads our US operations as MCS continues to expand its global footprint. Ryan has years of national recruiting experience partnering with top tech clients and candidates, from New England to California and everywhere in between. Building off Barry’s mission for “MCS to raise standards, improve delivery and bring a different ethical approach to the specialist recruitment market”, Ryan brings the same mindset to elevate the recruitment experience in the US. Outside of work, you can catch him spending time with his wife, daughter, extended family and friends, supporting his Boston sports teams, or even out on the golf course (swearing under his breath with every shot).
