Your Role:

• Oversee commercial construction projects
• Manage purchase orders, subcontracts, scheduling, and job costing
• Collaborate with the project Superintendent, management, owners, and design teams
• Ensure projects stay on time and on budget
• Visit job sites and attend meetings

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: In commercial construction
• Skills: Strong communication, and proficiency in job costing and scheduling software (PROCORE a plus)
• Education: Degree in Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience
