Paula is a Senior Recruiter within the tech space, specializing in Software Development, QA, DevOps and Cloud. She has over 5 years of global recruitment experience working in both the US and Northern Ireland market. She loves partnering with candidates and clients to help them find their next dream job or employee, respectively. Throughout her career she has helped place candidates within any and every tech discipline and across the US, regardless of time zone or geographical location. She specialises in IT industry recruiting for all levels, from graduate up to site leads. She comes from a background of Communication with PR and believes that communication is key.
